Position Overview: We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating pallet transactions for our West Coast territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sales and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within respective territory.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the pallet industry.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and suppliers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage pallet inventory and logistics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Limited travel is expected within specific sales territory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
