On a daily basis, they are responsible for designing, planning, organizing, and leading individual and group sports, recreational, sociocultural, and leisure activities that promote the well-being, integration, and adaptation of residents. The post holder will have the following duties: Design activity calendars; Ensure good management and promote the recruitment of volunteer residents; Supervise leisure activity teachers working at the residence; Organize and lead activities and leisure activities based on the interests of residents; Evaluate activities and monitor them when necessary; Plan and carry out the purchases of necessary materials according to the established budget; Promote activities to residents; Any other related tasks. Requirements: College diploma (DEC) in leisure intervention techniques or other relevant training; Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position with senior clients; Have an excellent command of French, spoken and written; Master the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
