The Quality Inspector position is to ensure the quality of work is maintained pertaining to civil, mechanical, and electrical work on buildings 1 and 2 at the Terre Haute site. As the owner's representative, this person will work with the ENTEK team and have a professional relationship with all contractors to ensure quality work is performed and mitigated by reporting to the Director of Construction.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Observation and Inspection of civil, mechanical, and electrical work being performed by non-direct contractors and direct contractors at the Terre Haute site.
• Write daily reports on items observed and report daily to the Director of Construction. 
• Work daily with ENTEK PMs on locations needing observations and inspection
• Submit daily issues to the team for resolution immediately, as seen 
• Work with contractors on the locations of key work areas needed for inspection 
• Attend the morning work briefing with contractors and the team 
• Offer resolutions to the ENTEK team for issues that arise

Essential Functions:

• Observe and report on the inspection of work 
• Reporting daily
• Attend meetings as required 
• Take directions from the Director and Pm's 
• Professional attitude with all members of the team and contractors 

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• 5 years of Relevant Experience to include:
• Mechanical and equipment installation in a heavy industrial setting 
• Civil experience with dirt work and concrete pours 
• Experience working closely with several contractors at once on a large job site
• Prefer some electrical knowledge
