Schedule:Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Branch hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay and Incentive Plan:$27.62 per hour

Purpose of Position:This position is accountable for helping customers recognize and obtain the most appropriate solutions at the right time for their financial needs to build long-term mutually beneficial relationships and support the achievement of business results. In addition, this position will also collaborate in continuing to make ESL a great place to work by providing visible leadership around the key building blocks to ESL's success.
Accountabilities:Help customers recognize and find the right solutions at the right time to their financial needs which will build long-term mutually beneficial relationships and support the achievement of business results. This includes:
- Creating a positive member experience
- Educating and referring a variety of products and services to members
- Net Promoter Score target
- Employee Satisfaction target
- Satisfactory audits
- Sales measures as outlined in the sales performance reports supporting our three LOB's; Personal, Business and Wealth.
Engage in supporting the key building blocks to ESL's success including:
- Embracing the philosophy that "my success as an individual is not placed ahead of the success of the team or the customer"
- Modeling ESL's core values
- Engaging in continuous self-development
- Engage in Peer coaching
- Proactively engage in mining book of business to grow customer relationships

Qualifications:- B.A. or B.S. plus 1 year of sales/service experience or 6 years' sales/service experience in financial or comparable industry
- High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
- 1 - 3 years progressively successful branch based Business Banking and Wealth line of business preferred
- Broad understanding of the financial services industry preferred
- Demonstrated mastery in the skill of outbound calling
- Strong, communication, problem solving and decision making abilities
- A high degree of flexibility to support branch needs
- Proficient in building customer and peer relationships
- Proficient in PC applications
- Notary preferred; if not obtain within 12 months of filling role
- Must complete submission of application and fingerprinting to the NMLS (Nationwide Multisite Licensing System) and successfully be registered as an MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) through ESL
