Inventory Manager – Jewelry Company

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to manage and control our jewelry, diamond, gold, and gemstone inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
• Handle physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track jewelry, diamonds, gold, gemstones, memo, and consignment inventory.
• Coordinate inventory movement with Sales, Accounting, and Operations.
• Maintain proper documentation for receiving, selling, returning, and transferring inventory.
• Ensure inventory is securely stored and properly controlled.

Requirements:

• Previous inventory management experience; jewelry/diamond industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with high-value inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
