About the role

We're a property management company based in Manhattan growing our portfolio of managed properties across the New York area. We are hiring someone who can both bring in new landlord clients and manage a portfolio of properties once they are onboard, working closely with our in office team rather than handling it alone. You will work warm leads from our existing landlord contact database and outreach campaigns, close new management agreements, and then manage the day to day operations for an assigned group of properties with support from the rest of our staff.

What you will do

Follow up on inbound and warm outbound leads from our landlord contact database, with leads and materials provided by our team.

Present our management proposal and pricing, and close signed management agreements.

Build relationships with landlords through referrals, local networking, and repeat contact.

Manage a portfolio of properties alongside our office team: tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent collection oversight, and lease renewals.

Keep property and tenant records current in AppFolio.

What we are looking for

Comfortable making outbound calls and texts and closing a deal.

Experience in property management, real estate, or a similar client facing sales role.

Organized and able to manage multiple properties and leads at once.

Holds or is willing to obtain a New York real estate salesperson license.

Based in or near New York City.
