The Window/Door Install Helper plays a crucial support role in residential installation projects, working closely with one installer to ensure efficient and safe completion of tasks. This position involves assisting with material handling, tool preparation, and maintaining clean worksites, while adhering to safety standards. Installer Helpers also benefit from on-the-job training, local travel, and opportunities to develop practical skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials and prepare tools for installation tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in construction or installation support
