Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping people look, feel, and perform at their best?

Eden Health Club is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. As part of our medical team, you'll play an integral role in delivering exceptional outcomes through personalized treatment plans and outstanding patient care.

Your Responsibilities (Outline in great detail your expectations of this person…what does 10X look like?)What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer neurotoxins including Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin.
• Perform advanced dermal filler treatments utilizing Allergan, Galderma, and Merz product lines.
• Perform PDO thread lifts.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation.
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate closely with our wellness providers to create comprehensive anti-aging treatment plans.
• Assist with regenerative medicine treatments including PRP and other biologic therapies (training available if needed).
• Participate in ongoing education and remain current on industry trends, products, and advanced injection techniques.

QualificationsWhat You Bring to Eden (Traditional Qualifications/Requirements)Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate has:

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector.
• Extensive experience with Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and advanced facial balancing techniques.
• Extensive experience with dermal fillers across multiple product lines.
• Experience performing PDO thread lifts.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection safety.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build patient trust and maintain high patient retention.
• Track record of generating strong patient satisfaction and positive online reviews.
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, longevity, and preventative medicine.
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Consistent employment history demonstrating reliability and professionalism.

Preferred (Not Required)

• PRP experience
• Microneedling experience
• Hormone therapy knowledge
• Peptide therapy familiarity
• Regenerative medicine experience
• BLS/CPR Certification

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 annually plus uncapped performance bonuses and additional incentive opportunities based on productivity, patient retention, and clinic growth.
