Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Colorado Springs, CO

Job Summary:

ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of superheroes in Colorado Springs, CO! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Work closely with children to develop and maintain skills, such as communication, socialization, and adaptive behavior

• Collect and record data to track progress and make informed treatment decisions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment

• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education in a related field preferred

• 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or related developmental disorders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment as needed

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons and evenings. We are seeking an RBT who is available from 12:30pm-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
