Description
ECHO AFC Transportation, a full-service transportation company providing transportation solutions to companies and individuals for 25 years, has an immediate need for Dispatchers to work in our Dallas facility.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate and schedule chauffeurs/drivers to fleet vehicles
- Recommend and arrange transportation options for clients
- Provide quotes and enter new business into our reservation system
- Create and maintain trip manifests
Requirements
- 2-3 years of transportation industry preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multi-task
- Dependable
- Must have open availability 7 days a week
- Must be able to work overnight
