About the Role

EA Relief is expanding our Irvine office and looking for experienced debt settlement closers to handle inbound, pre-qualified leads only — no cold calling, ever.

You’ll speak with clients who have already expressed interest, walk them through their financial options, and enroll them into a debt relief program that truly changes lives.

What We Offer

• Inbound calls only – warm, motivated leads

• Weekly commissions paid every Friday

• Average earnings: $6,000–$30,000 per month

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months debt settlement or financial sales experience

• Strong communication and closing ability

• Comfortable with disclosures and compliance processes

• Must be driven, professional, and consistent

• Full-time, in-office availability (Monday–Friday) 7:30am- 4 Pm

Compensation

• 100% commission-based, paid weekly (Fridays)

• Top closers regularly earn $6,000+
