Dynamic Wellness Solutions

The Wellness Center Director will manage daily operations, conduct weight loss consultations, oversee client enrollment, coordinate marketing initiatives, and help drive revenue growth. This individual should be comfortable working directly with clients, managing systems, and supporting business development efforts.

Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily clinic operations
• Manage scheduling, client flow, and staff coordination
• Ensure exceptional customer service and client retention
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance standards
• Track KPIs, revenue, appointments, and conversion rates
• Develop and improve operational systems and workflows

Weight Loss Consultations

• Conduct wellness and weight loss consultations
• Review Styku body scan results with clients
• Educate clients on wellness programs and services
• Present treatment options and membership programs
• Follow up with leads and prospective clients
• Assist clients throughout their wellness journey

Marketing & Business Development

• Create and manage marketing campaigns
• Develop community partnerships and referral relationships
• Coordinate events, health fairs, and wellness workshops
• Manage social media content and engagement
• Track lead generation and conversion performance
• Implement strategies to increase memberships and revenue

Go High Level Management

• Build and optimize sales funnels
• Create and manage automation workflows
• Set up email and SMS campaigns
• Manage CRM pipelines and lead nurturing
• Create landing pages and forms
• Monitor reporting and campaign performance

Qualifications

• Experience in wellness, healthcare, medical spa, fitness, weight loss, or related industries preferred
• Sales and consultation experience required
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience with Go High Level preferred
• Marketing and lead generation experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
