Security Agent
This is a Part - Time position.
Position Requirements:
- Valid Florida Guard Card
- Previous Law Enforcement, or Military
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior
- Reliable transportation
Position Duties:
- Provide the initial response to all incidents and act accordingly within the scope of duties as a Security Agent.
- Manage entry and exit control points at designated property.
- Foot patrol around office and building exterior.
- Respond to access control door alarms.
- Safekeeping of property and personal security of office staff while on corporate site.
- Operate CCTV systems and monitor surveillance cameras.
- Conduct safety inspections as directed by policy and established procedure.
- Maintain individual Security activity records, checklists, and logs.
- Write detailed and accurate incident reports as required using computer skills and emails.
- Respond to any security-related complaints and take appropriate actions.
- Perform any other task, requested by management, within the scope of corporate policy.
- Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative wireless technology at client specific site.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.

Available hours are M-F 11pm -7am and Sat/Sun 7pm - 7am
