The Senior Ecommerce Manager leads a cross-functional team to design and execute ecommerce strategies focused on seasonal and holiday campaigns with an international market emphasis. This role collaborates closely with sales teams to drive online promotional campaigns and exclusive product launches, aiming to meet and exceed revenue goals. Expertise in managing key ecommerce platforms and leveraging advanced analytics is essential to optimize customer engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute effective ecommerce campaigns and product launches
• Manage and optimize seasonal and holiday promotional activities to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and experience
• Analyze market trends and customer data to inform strategic planning and decision making
• Oversee ecommerce platform management and integration, ensuring seamless operations
• Maintain budget control and allocate resources efficiently for campaign success
• Drive continuous sales optimization through data-driven insights and reporting
• Focus on international market strategies to expand ecommerce reach
• Weekly reports directly to the CEO of the company

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce management with proven leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proficiency with leading ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills
• Experience in data analysis, SEO, and product launch strategies
• Skilled in customer experience management and project management
• Excellent team leadership and collaboration capabilities
