Line Cook – High-End Private Club

As a Line Cook at the Duquesne Club, you will work in a fast-paced, refined environment with a team committed to culinary excellence. Candidates must be proficient across multiple stations, demonstrate a high degree of technical ability, and consistently execute at a fine-dining standard. Key Responsibilities:

· Execute menu items with precision, following standardized recipes and presentation standards.

· Rotate confidently across multiple stations within the kitchen.

· Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, food handling, and kitchen organization.

· Demonstrate expert-level understanding of various cooking techniques.

· Take full ownership of assigned duties, delivering consistent, high-quality results.

· Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and supervisors.

· Support a team-oriented culture through reliability, respect, and shared responsibility.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a high-end kitchen environment (private club, luxury hotel, or fine dining).

· Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks during service.

· Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals.

· Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, reach, etc.).

· Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting.

· Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
