Description: Interviews will be conducted via phone call. Required certifications must be in hand at the time of submission. Candidate must meet the minimum years of experience. Experience with pediatric cardiac intensive care unit desirable. End-Tidal CO2 monitoring skills are required. Experience in managing ports is preferred. Familiarity with acute and chronic renal failure is a must. Candidates should have experience in administering blood products. Skills in administering chemotherapy are preferred. Knowledge in managing anti-seizure medications and antiarrhythmics is expected. Experience with aquapheresis is required. Candidates should be capable of arterial line management. Ability to assist with lumbar punctures is expected. Experience in managing intubation procedures is preferred. Skills in BiPAP/CPAP management are required. Candidates should be familiar with bone marrow transplant procedures. Care of ventilated patients is a necessary skill. Candidates must have experience in central line blood draws. Central venous pressure monitoring skills are required. Knowledge of congenital heart disease repair is expected. Experience in continuous renal replacement therapy is preferable. Skills in monitoring hemodynamics are required. Ability to manage high flow nasal cannula is necessary. Knowledge of hydrocephalus and VP shunts is preferred. Skills in infection control and PPE practices are required. Candidates should be adept in insulin administration and pump management. Interpreting arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias is required. Knowledge in IV vasopressor administration is preferred. Experience in the management of chest tubes is necessary. Ability to conduct pediatric dosage calculations is expected. Experience with pediatric early warning score and rapid response teams is required. Candidates should be familiar with peritoneal dialysis and CAPD. Phlebotomy skills are necessary. Candidates should have experience in PICC line management. Knowledge in post-operative care for various procedures is essential. Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring is preferred. Starting and maintaining IVs is required. Experience in telemetry monitoring is necessary. Candidates should be skilled in TPN and lipids management. Tracheostomy care is a required skill. Candidates should be proficient in urinary catheter insertion and management. Skills in managing ventricular assist devices (LVAD/RVAD) are valued. Wound assessment and care skills are necessary. Candidates must be familiar with interdisciplinary support teams. Experience with specific complex pediatric diagnoses is preferred. Understanding of special equipment requirements is expected. Attendance will be monitored throughout the duration of the contract. Excessive tardiness or any no call/no show incidents may result in contract review. Modules will be completed as part of the orientation process. Both non-billable and billable modules will be applicable. Candidates must be responsive during the onboarding process. Lab work must be completed within the specified timeframe. Responsiveness in meeting compliance expectations is essential.
