Serving with Compassion, Creativity, and Consistency. $22-24 an hourBilingual Spanish preferred Position Summary: The YES TAY Case Worker is responsible for working effectively with clients, families, staff, and community contacts with a diversity of backgrounds and life situations. This role will provide support to families related to presenting needs and challenges identified through the treatment planning process. The goal of the YES TAY Case Worker is to keep families together, while continually assessing for risk and safety issues.
