Inside Sales Representative

We help eye care practices expand their dry eye services, improve patient compliance, and capture OTC revenue through our wholesale platform, zero-cost kiosk displays, and RescueLink, our free product-recommendation tool. It's a fast-moving, growth-stage team where sales has a direct impact on the business.


The Role

We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to build new provider relationships and grow existing accounts. You'll connect with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and their staff by phone and email — introducing our programs, onboarding practices onto the wholesale platform and RescueLink, qualifying offices for kiosk displays, and turning first orders into recurring revenue. This is high-activity, consultative selling: the product delivers real value at no upfront cost, so your job is to get it in front of the right people and close.


What You'll Do

  • Prospect, call, and email practices to book qualified conversations and close new accounts
  • Onboard providers onto the wholesale store and RescueLink, and qualify offices for the kiosk program
  • Re-engage dormant accounts to drive reorders and recurring revenue
  • Hit and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets, keeping your CRM and pipeline current
  • Partner with marketing on messaging and follow up on inbound leads


What You Bring

  • 1–3+ years of inside/B2B sales or account management (medical, dental, optical, or pharma a strong plus)
  • A confident phone presence, strong writing, and a self-starter's drive to make the calls
  • Comfort with CRM tools, strong follow-through, and a proven record of hitting targets
  • Coachable, team-first attitude in a fast-growing environment
