We are a high-volume automotive service center looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Parts Coordinator who can keep our shop running efficiently.

This is NOT a slow retail parts job — this role is critical to daily operations. You will work directly with our Service Manager and technicians to ensure parts are ordered, tracked, and delivered without delays.

Responsibilities:

• Order auto parts accurately and quickly after repair approval
• Source best options based on price, quality, and availability
• Track all parts orders and update ETAs daily
• Receive, inspect, and label incoming parts
• Maintain organization of all parts and inventory
• Manage and track vehicle keys (tagging system required)
• Maintain oil, fluids, and shop supply inventory (with approval)
• Assist with test drives when needed
• Communicate with Service Manager on delays, backorders, or issues
• Ensure technicians are not waiting on parts
