The Customer Success Team Lead will oversee a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) responsible for managing dealer partnerships within the dealership sector. This role will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by ensuring dealerships maximize the value of UVeye's solutions. While strong customer relationships remain important, this role is designed for a leader who can operate with data-driven insights, technical aptitude, and operational rigor, ensuring that customer engagement strategies translate into measurable business outcomes. The Team Lead will play a critical role in scaling UVeye's Customer Success function and aligning team execution with company growth objectives.

UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000-$135,000. In addition, this position is also eligible for a bonus.
Physical Requirements:
This role may involve on-site or field-based activities. Depending on the position, tasks may include extended periods of sitting, standing, or walking; working in and around vehicle service areas, and dealerships; and performing occasional manual tasks such as bending, or reaching. The role also requires 50% travel. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
