Responsibilities- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns, to identify their insurance needs
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options
- Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to offer expert guidance
Requirements- Valid Michigan Property & Casualty license
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions effectively
- Knowledge of property and casualty, along with familiarity with insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA compliance when applicable
- Excellent communication skills in bilingual or multilingual settings to serve diverse client populations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
