Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on the evaluation results, which may include exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of therapeutic equipment.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and assistive devices, enhancing their ability to support recovery at home.
• Stay updated on best practices and evolving methodologies in physical therapy by participating in workshops and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic spans individuals recovering from a wide array of conditions including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, stroke recovery, geriatric care, and pediatric physical therapy. As a Physical Therapist at Dreamer Physical Therapy, you will work closely with both children and adults, requiring adaptable treatment methods to cater to different age groups and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
• A flexible and agile approach, ready to adapt to varying patient needs and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in physical therapy is not mandatory, making this an ideal opportunity for new graduates. However, any hands-on clinical or internship experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Dreamer Physical Therapy offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
