Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and customer loyalty across the Drake portfolio.
  • Competitive Intelligence:
Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform positioning, pricing, and differentiation. Maintain up-to-date insights, battlecards, and materials that help internal teams compete effectively.
  • Content Development:
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets - including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations - to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent, customer-focused messaging across all channels.
  • Sales Enablement:
Partner with the Sales team to develop tools, training materials, and resources that help communicate product value and address customer needs.
Track the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Conversion & Growth:
Identify and act on opportunities to improve conversion and upsell rates across digital channels, product experiences, and sales materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams to ensure unified storytelling, aligned priorities, and impactful customer experiences.
  • Performance Measurement:
Define key success metrics, analyze performance results, and use data-driven insights to refine future strategies and optimize marketing impact.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS product marketing, ideally in software, fintech, or professional services.
  • Proven success driving product launches and GTM strategies within a B2B Saas environment.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Skilled in analyzing data, market insights, and competitive trends to guide strategy.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
