Salary: $115,000- $140,000 base annually.

This Site Superintendent role is ideal for a professional who enjoys leading complex commercial and institutional construction environments, solving onsite coordination and execution challenges, and working within fastpaced, multistakeholder project settings. The right person will recognize this role as a natural next step based on their current experience and career stage.

This role offers strong compensation and comprehensive benefits, exposure to full project lifecycle involvement from preconstruction through to closeout, and the chance to develop leadership and largescale project delivery expertise. Unlike similar roles, this position focuses on endtoend ownership of site execution with direct influence on project outcomes and team performance.
The Role: Site Superintendent
In this role, you will spend most of your time managing onsite construction activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. You will work closely with Project Managers, leadership teams, subcontractors, and clients and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to project execution, schedule adherence, budget alignment, and site safety. This role balances handson field leadership with administrative oversight and coordination, providing clarity on expectations from day one.
What You’ll Bring
- Ten or more years of experience managing institutional and commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
- Technical diploma and/or Gold Seal certification
