Dragonfly Therapy

The Associate Therapist supports clients through regular sessions, providing therapeutic assistance and contributing to treatment planning and progress monitoring. This role requires maintaining patient confidentiality and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Occasional crisis intervention is also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify therapeutic needs
• Provide therapeutic support during regular client sessions
• Develop and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
• Ensure strict patient confidentiality at all times
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in counseling
• Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work
