About the Role
The Operations Director will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building and running the production side of the business-managing in-house builders, subcontractors, logistics, and installation crews. You will have full budget ownership for the manufacturing, delivery, and on-site installation of our homes, with a mandate to deliver high-quality homes on time and on budget.
This role will be based full-time at our Memphis facility, with periodic travel to trade shows and installation sites.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in construction or manufacturing operations, with leadership responsibility
