Job Description

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
Employ four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize clinical efficiency and patient comfort.
Collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and the broader clinical team to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation using Oryx Dental software.
Participate in dental fabrication processes related to prosthodontics and endodontics as required.
Stay informed about the latest dental technologies and clinical best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.

Salary Range

Part-time $162,000 - $207,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Competitive pay ranging from $650 to $800 per day.
- Bonus opportunities including commission pay and performance bonuses.

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts), with some weekends as needed.
Closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays.
Typical office hours:
Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Monday & Wednesday: 9 AM – 5 PM

Requirements

• General Dentistry
• Licensed dentist

Doctor of Dentistry (DDS or DMD) degree.
Valid dental license to practice in California.
Proven experience in general dentistry, including patient assessment and treatment planning.
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and clinical documentation standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Preferences

• Cosmetic Dentistry

Experience in cosmetic dentistry and familiarity with medical imaging procedures preferred.
Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
