Focused on providing comprehensive healthcare services to seniors, Dover Health aims to bridge the gap between traditional medical care and the evolving needs of aging populations through services such as home health, hospice care, private duty services, and primary care. Dover Health is committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors by delivering patient-centered care that allows them to remain in their own homes with dignity and comfort.
As a Home Health RN, you will be working primarily within senior living communities and patients' homes. This position involves traveling to various communities and homes in the surrounding counties, rather than working in the city. Employees will receive mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits, in accordance with the IRS standard mileage rate.

We’re searching for a dedicated RN who:
