Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our small accounting team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, tracking expenses, and preparing regular financial reports. Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial recordkeeping
  • Process invoices efficiently and timely
  • Reconcile bank statements regularly
  • Track and categorize expenses
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
