Dossier is a fragrance brand known for creating high-quality, affordable perfumes inspired by iconic
luxury scents. With a focus on clean ingredients, cruelty-free formulations, and sustainable
packaging, Dossier offers a minimalist and transparent approach to fragrance—making premium
scents more accessible without compromising on style or quality. We have been growing fast for the
past years leveraging TikTok Shop to scale our brand, and now we're looking to expand the
Marketing team especially for the Tiktok shop section.
Position: Tiktok Live-stream host (virtual selling)
Responsibilities:
Live Streaming: Host branded live streaming sessions on TikTok, promoting Dossier
perfume products during scheduled livestream hours (general location would be in office
livestream studio, but in case of any marketing / Tiktok event, the livestream should be
expected to operate in different event locations).
Sales & E-commerce: Work closely with rotating host to support the live by setting up back-end flash sales / promotion / giveaways etc. Utilize sales strategy and product knowledge to drive conversions through live stream sessions on TikTok Shop live and boost GMV performance.
Content Creation: Produce engaging and creative videos for our TikTok account ad hoc to
the marketing team, demonstrating products and engaging with our audience effectively.
Requirements:
Confident and articulate presenter, comfortable in front of cameras with exceptional
communication skills. Highly sociable, proactive, and willing to dedicate effort to engaging with viewers during livestreams. Previous live-hosting / sales experience is a plus
Familiarity with trending social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. TikTok influencers are preferred.
Team player, fast learner with Tiktok live operations, will strong dedication to learn and adapt to tiktok trend and strong passion to beauty & perfume industry, with previous experience in fashion/beauty retail or e-commerce considered a plus.
Excellent in English communication, Spanish / French is a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Contractor
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
