Done Your Way Cleaners is seeking reliable and experienced independent cleaning contractors for recurring commercial cleaning work in Dover, Delaware.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has cleaning experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to independently manage an assigned cleaning scope.

Compensation is based on the assigned service scope, rather than hourly time. Contractors are responsible for completing their accepted scope according to established client quality standards.

Typical Responsibilities

Assigned responsibilities may include:

• Restroom cleaning and sanitation
• Trash removal and liner replacement
• Vacuuming
• Sweeping and mopping
• Interior glass and window cleaning
• Restocking restroom supplies
• General commercial facility cleaning

Specific responsibilities will depend on the scope accepted by the contractor.

Compensation

Compensation is fixed according to the accepted cleaning scope and service frequency rather than the number of hours required to complete the work.
