    PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a General Project Manager, in Chandler, AZ. Job ID#217559

    Job Description:

    Duties will include (but are not limited to):
    1. Support global kitting and/or bin management initiatives.
    2. Develop and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards.
    3. Identify risks and opportunities and create mitigation strategies to enhance business cases.
    4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
    5. Manage customer requests and proposals, providing cost data and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
    6. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure project success.
    7. Maintain a customer-centric approach to improve experience, driving business profitability and efficiency for Boeing.
    8. Build collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to achieve project objectives.
    9. Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
    1. Great communicator & team collaborator
    2. 5 or more years of relevant work experience
    3. Minimum of 2 years' experience working on project or program management
    4. Experience collaborating across complex cross-functional organizations
    5. Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution
    6. Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent
    7. Aviation experience a plus
    8. SAP, Process Improvement & integration skills a plus
