Ensures the safety of residents at all times by ensuring equipment, physical plant and resident environment is safe, secure and in good repair.Duties include, but are not limited to:floor and carpet cleaning, maintain central vacuum, maintain landscaping, remove snow/ice, repair and paint walls, maintain furniture.Apartment or building maintenance is a plus!All applicants must have a Driver's License in good standing and reliable transportation as our properties are separate locations.Hours are 8am-4pm.I understand that in conjunction with my application for employment, an internship, or volunteerism, Dolan Memory Care Homes will research and verify the information I have provided on my application with the assistance of outside agencies.
