Compensation: $16.00-$18.00 per hour - paid weekly

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring assemblers for a specialized connector and electronic component manufacturing company in Little Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help produce precision parts for industries like aerospace, defense, and medical technology. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do as an Assembler:
- Use tools to assemble and trim parts
- Work under a microscope for detailed assembly
- Inspect produced parts for quality
- Count and box parts as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Finger dexterity for working with very small electrical parts and tools
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Little Falls, MN
