Job Summary
Doggett is actively seeking a Document Processor. The role is pivotal in streamlining vehicle sales and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while providing outstanding service. Previous experience in an automotive dealership is preferred. Note that weekend and holiday availability are required.
Essential Functions
  • Support the Finance amp; Insurance (F amp;I) department by ensuring customer signatures are collected and deal documents, bank contracts, and customer license plates are organized efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the Virtual Manager to assist customers in signing essential documents digitally.
  • Package and organize deal documents for the Accounting Department promptly after virtual deal completion.
  • Ensure the timely digital submission of all necessary documents to banks for finance or lease deals, coordinating closely with the Accounting Department.
  • Maintain the Contracts in Transit list to expedite funding, proactively collaborating with the F amp;I Manager to address any funding issues.
  • Process customer license plates, including issuing plates, writing 30-day tags, and updating customer information on DMV websites for plate assignments.
  • Obtain Notary certification or demonstrate the ability to notarize documents as required.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate professionalism and a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with technological systems used in digital document processing.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and a commitment to offering top-notch customer service.
  • Notary certification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain it.
