Service Sales Consultant – Automotive / Customization

Are you passionate about cars and confident in closing deals? 713Carloan/Houston Wheel Repair is seeking a driven, experienced Service Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a background in automotive sales or auto customization sales, paint, interiors, audio, lighting, car wraps, full bodywork and paint jobs — this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

With over 35 years in business, our dealership and wheel shop is committed to delivering high-quality service and offering flexible financing options, including bank and in-house financing.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with vehicle selection, features, and service options
• Educate customers on financing options (bank vs. in-house)
• Promote value-added products and customization services
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Daily social media posting and follow up
• Conduct test drives and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Prepare quotes and explain pricing/financing clearly
• Negotiate and close sales in a professional and ethical manner
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
• Stay up to date on inventory, services, promotions, and financing options
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Up sale customer on vehicle defects and promote our customization services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (automotive preferred)
• Background in auto sales or automotive customization
• Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills
• Knowledge of financing (bank loans, buy-here-pay-here/in-house) is a plus
• Ability to manage leads, stay organized, and work independently
• Bi-lingual is a plus!!

Preferred Experience

• Automotive sales (credit qualification, financing knowledge) and Sales experience
• Custom automotive consulting (wheels, paint, interiors, lighting, audio systems)

Potential Monthly Income: $3,000 – $6,500+ (Base + Commission + Bonus)
