Job description
DNT Construction esta contratando varios Operadores de Excavadora con experiencia para nuestros proyectos de Utilidades Humedas en el area de Austin y alrededores. El Departamento de Utilidades Humedas apoya los sistemas de servicios subterraneos rellenando y compactando adecuadamente las zanjas despues de la instalacion de tuberias. Para ser considerado para el puesto, debes: Tener al menos 1 ano de experiencia operando una excavadora clase 200 en construccion de utilidades o construccion civil pesada.
Contar con transporte confiable hacia y desde el sitio de trabajo. Poder pasar una prueba de drogas y verificacion de antecedentes antes del empleo. La compensacion esta en proporcion a la experiencia.
La semana laboral promedio es de 40 a 60 horas. Este trabajo es fisicamente exigente y se realiza al aire libre. Lo Que Ofrecemos: Seguro medico, dental y de vision despues de 90 dias de empleo.
El tiempo libre pagado comienza a acumularse desde el primer dia. Dias festivos pagados seleccionados. Contribuciones al plan 401(k) despues de 1 ano, con aportaciones del empleador equivalentes hasta el 4%.
Responsabilidades: Operar excavadora clase 200 para rellenar zanjas de servicios despues de la instalacion de tuberias. Compactar cada capa de material de relleno utilizando un accesorio de rueda compactadora. Coordinar con el operador del camion cisterna para aplicar el contenido de humedad adecuado para una compactacion optima.
Seguir las especificaciones de nivel y mantener la integridad de la zanja durante el proceso de relleno. Comunicarte eficazmente con los equipos en tierra y capataces para garantizar operaciones seguras y eficientes. Mantener el equipo y realizar inspecciones diarias para asegurar su buen funcionamiento y seguridad.
