• Competitive Pay: Based on experience and efficiency. $15-$19 an hour with tips and possibility of bonuses dependent upon performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Detailing: Perform high-level interior and exterior detailing services.

• Advanced Surface Correction: Execute professional paint correction and machine polishing.

• Protective Coatings: Apply ceramic coatings with meticulous attention to detail.

• Quality Control: Complete a rigorous quality control checklist after every job to ensure all standards are met before management’s final inspection.

• Shop Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace daily.

• Focus: Must be able to work in a timely manner while remaining laser-focused on the proper outcome.
