Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques to foster emotional growth and healing.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Provide effective teletherapy sessions for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual engagement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Divine Medical Health Inc., you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relational conflicts. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients towards recovery and enhancing their overall well-being through individualized and evidence-based therapy approaches.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and recent developments in the field of mental health treatment.
• Previous experience in a private practice setting is advantageous.
