Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders in a virtual environment.
  • Develop, implement, and tailor individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Facilitate engaging and therapeutic individual, couple, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms.
  • Equip clients with effective coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to enhance their mental well-being.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive support system for clients, ensuring holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and secure documentation of clients' treatment plans, progress, and outcomes, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals managing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties. We also cater to couples seeking to strengthen their relationships as well as groups facilitating peer support. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in counseling or a related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a professional counselor (LPC).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and groups.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a trusting relationship with clients.
  • A non-judgmental, empathetic approach to counseling, strong ethical awareness, and a commitment to client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy techniques.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing our ability to reach diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and the caseload assigned. Additional benefits include:
