Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to join our team at Divine Counseling Services. Work Environment

This role is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to provide outstanding mental health services from the comfort of your home. You will be part of a collaborative virtual team focused on patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, establish clear clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Deliver engaging individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to suit the specific goals and needs of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring they receive immediate support and resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for all clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, therapeutic interventions, and local resources while advocating for their needs and rights.
• Pursue continuing education and professional development to stay informed of the latest trends in mental health therapy and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. We focus on treating a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be instrumental in creating tailored treatment plans that effectively address the unique challenges our clients face, contributing to their personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• A valid license in Massachusetts as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment and diagnostic processes.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, prior experience in a clinical or community health setting is preferred. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role, helping clients achieve better mental health outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
