Program Manager

Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Program Manager to support project coordination and practice improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight for information technology projects while supporting continuous improvement efforts, stakeholder coordination, and successful solution delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support implementation of Information Technology solutions across the organization.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business partners.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Support practice development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and provide status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Assist with planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology projects.
  • Support process improvement efforts and implementation of best practices.


Requirements:

  • 2 years of project management experience implementing Information Technology solutions required.
  • 2 years of experience implementing both on-premise solutions and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and hosted solutions required.
  • Experience supporting practice development and improvement required.
  • Experience with Planview PPM Pro (PPMP) highly desired.
