COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY SERVICE TECHNICIAN -SPEED QUEEN SPECIALIST

Diversified Laundry Services is a family owned and operated vended laundry route operator serving apartment communities throughout Northern California. We own, install, maintain and service commercial laundry equipment in hundreds of multifamily properties. Our reputation is built on fast response times, quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced commercial laundry service tech with extensive knowledge of SPEED QUEEN COMMERCIAL VENDED WASHER AND DRYERS. This is not an entry level position. Applicants must be able to independently diagnose and repair commercial laundry equipment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

*Diagnose and repair Speed Queen commercial laundry equipment

*Troubleshoot and repair

+Mechanical failures

+Electrical and control system issues

+Coin-operated mechanisms

+Smartphone payment systems

+Card reader and wireless payment equipment

*Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

*Install replacement parts and complete repairs efficiently

*Maintain accurate service records

*Provide professional customer service to property managers and residents

*Manage a company provided service vehicle and maintain a clean organized inventory of parts.

Requirements:

*Extensive hands on experience in the vended laundry service industry

*Strong diagnostic skills

*Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route

*Valid CA drivers License with clean driving record

*Ability to lift 75lbs and work in small spaces

San Francisco, East Bay, Marin County, Peninsula, South Bay

Skills Verification:

As part of the interview process, qualified applicants will be asked to demonstrate their diagnostic and repair abilities on speed queen equipment at our shop. This hands-on evaluation is required to verify technical competency.
