.Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Houseparent Couple to provide a safe, nurturing environment to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. As a Houseparent Couple, you will create a home atmosphere that promotes growth, stability, and trust. You will live in a newly remodeled 2BR/1BA duplex style home in Eureka, CA and work a 40 hr per week schedule. We provide free rent and utilities, paid training, health insurance and company transportation.

Responsibilities·

• Provide Direct support services to clients, assisting them to develop and achieve their individual support plan goals for their physical, psychological & social well-being.
• Be a part of a small staff team dedicated to clients well-being.
• Create opportunities for connection, fun and laughter!
