About the Role
Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is hiring for multiple warehouse positions at our York, PA distribution center, with shifts available for both Forklift Operators and Palletizer Operators. If you thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment and want steady hours with the option to pick the shift that fits your life, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, growing company.
As part of our distribution team, you will play a hands on role in getting our finished products safely and accurately out the door. Depending on the position, your day could include operating a stand up forklift to pick, stage, and load outbound orders, or working in our palletizer area to keep product flowing smoothly from the production line to storage and shipment. Both roles are essential to our ability to serve customers on time, every time.
We offer full training on our equipment and systems, including our warehouse management system (WMS) and voice to pick technology, so candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply even if you are newer to distribution work.
