Key Responsibilities
- Construction Documents: Lead the creation and review of construction documents, ensuring they meet structural engineering standards and specifications.
- Project Execution: Monitor and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful completion.
- Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providing necessary technical guidance and support.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet set objectives.
- Business Development: Contribute to growth initiatives through proposal development and strategic collaboration.
- Technical Support: Deliver expert technical advice to enhance the capabilities of various departments.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, focusing on structural design.
- Professional Registration: Registration as a Professional Engineer in Minnesota or North Dakota is essential, with California highly preferred. Additional state registrations are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven track record of independently leading projects, with knowledge in seismic, retrofit, and blast processes.
