Distinctive Rental Properties is seeking a full-time Maintenance Coordinator to help manage and coordinate maintenance operations for a large portfolio of residential rental properties.

The Maintenance Coordinator serves as a central point of communication among tenants, maintenance employees, contractors, vendors, and property management staff. The position involves receiving maintenance requests, determining priorities, assigning and scheduling work, communicating with the people involved, and following up to make sure work is completed properly and in a timely manner.

This is primarily a coordination and administrative position. Prior maintenance experience is helpful but is not required. We are particularly interested in candidates with previous management, supervisory, administrative, scheduling, or operations experience who are comfortable managing a high volume of tasks and communicating with many different people throughout the day.
