We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing overnight front desk operations, balancing daily hotel transactions, and ensuring guest accounts and financial records are accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the nightly audit and balance hotel transactions.
• Review and verify guest folios, room charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Complete daily financial reports and ensure accuracy of hotel records.
• Handle limited billing responsibilities, including posting charges and making basic billing corrections.
• Reconcile cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Assist with checking guests in and out during overnight hours.
• Respond to guest questions and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor the hotel and assist with guest safety and security during the overnight shift.
• Prepare reports and paperwork for the morning staff.
• Communicate important guest or operational issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
