Role Description The Valet Trash Runner role is a part-time, on-site position located in Corpus Christi, TX. In this role, the team member walks the property during scheduled evening hours, collects bagged trash and recyclables from residents’ doorsteps, and transports them to the designated compactors or dumpsters using provided equipment. Responsibilities include following established routes, adhering to safety procedures, and ensuring all pickup areas are left clean and tidy. The Valet Trash Runner is expected to arrive on time, complete assigned routes within the designated shift, and report any property or safety concerns to supervisors. This position involves frequent lifting, walking, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting bags up to a reasonable weight, walking long distances, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
• Strong reliability and time management skills, with a commitment to consistent attendance and punctuality for evening shifts.
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards while handling and transporting trash and recyclables.
• Positive, professional attitude when working around residents and property staff; ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Access to reliable transportation to and from the property in Corpus Christi, TX.
• Ability to use basic tools or equipment related to trash collection (such as carts or dollies) and follow route maps or instructions.
• Previous experience in custodial, maintenance, delivery, or outdoor labor roles is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must meet all local legal requirements for employment.
