In this pivotal role, you will navigate the complexities of client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty across your portfolio. You will align various teams to meet business goals while advocating for client needs. Operating with commercial acumen, you will drive performance, contributing to the overall success of Directive's client operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic relationships with enterprise clients
• Execute strategies for client retention and upselling
• Develop cross-channel growth plans and integration
• Manage financial aspects of client portfolios
• Translate performance metrics into clear narratives
Requirements:
• 7–12 years in a relevant role with B2B clients
• Deep experience with a $2M+ portfolio management
• Expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO
• Proven engagement with senior client stakeholders
• Interest in leveraging AI for marketing solutions
Shape the future of client strategy at Directive while fostering lasting partnerships.
